Mary Elizabeth Fellows

Ms. Fellows has experience in providing financial advisory and management company services to corporate clients, and investment advisory services to institutions and high-net-worth individuals.

She served as Director of Corporate Administration of the New World Power Corporation, with responsibilities in the company's financing and merger and acquisition activities. New World Power Corporation is one of the first successful distributed power companies. New World develops, or assembles and sells, stand-alone renewable power generating equipment, principally wind and solar power facilities, which are used in either grid support or remote applications. New World was the first wind power company to conduct an initial public offering of its common stock. The solar division of New World became the largest and most successful packager and distributor of solar systems in the industry before it was sold to ACX Technologies in 1996. Prior to New World, Ms. Fellows worked at ITT Hartford in the underwriting area.

Mary E. Fellows has served as Corporate Secretary to the Solar Electric Light Company since 1997. The Solar Electric Light Company is one of the first companies formed to sell solar home systems to customers off the grid in the third world. The Solar Electric Light Company manufactures, packages, distributes and finances solar home system products to rural, off-grid customers in China, India, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.

Additionally, Ms. Fellows is Co-Chairman of the Distributed Power Company, a company with investments in solar information publications, including the photovoltaic industry's leading newsletter and market survey, PV Energy News.

Ms. Fellows is a co-founder of New Power Associates, LLC, the investment advisor for the Strategic Electric Power Fund, LLC, a private investment fund managed on behalf of institutional and individual investors seeking trends in the electric power industry.

Ms. Fellows attended Regis College and received a Bachelors of Science degree (Alpha Chi) from Teikyo Post University.
